CCTV is not Showing on Mobile App
Option 1 -
Kindly check your Internet Connectivity from your remote & local (near DVR, NVR ). If Internet Is not working, Kindly Check your Router or Other internet provider devices. If there is an issue kindy inform your service provider.
Option 2 -
If option 1 is working fine , then check the cable which connect your router/switch to DVR / NVR. Check wireless connectivity and SSID password, which you change just before stop working camera.
